Lenel offers an extensive level of pre-sales support through its network of Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Business Development Group, and Field Sales Engineers (FSEs).

Lenel's Business Development Group is chartered to enhance the understanding of the Lenel Corporate and Product value propositions to new system users. The Business Development Group's main mission is to pull new business into the existing OnGuard Value Added Reseller (VAR) channel. The group possesses extensive knowledge in customer/market challenges and trends, investment considerations, and Lenel technology. Prospective customers interested in gaining greater insight to Lenel's product and service portfolios, as well as existing VARs interested in conducting a business development event, are welcome to contact the appropriate individual in their region.

Lenel has Regional Sales Managers strategically located across the globe. RSMs primary duty includes managing the Authorized OnGuard VAR network within their defined region. RSMs assist Authorized VARs with price quotations, system design, marketing event support, and any other general sales and marketing needs.

Lenel's Field Sales Engineers are strategically located across the globe to support Lenel's existing VAR channel. Lenel FSEs are trained on all aspects of Lenel's solutions, are deeply knowledgeable on the third party solutions supported by Lenel, and possess additional Microsoft, database, and network certifications. FSEs provide support when constructing sophisticated system configurations, assist with strategic system demonstrations, support test labs, and provide detailed pre-sales support in conjunction with Lenel's RSMs.
