• Standards and Conventions

In a session with IT management, the Project Manager will work with the reseller and user to establish system standards and naming conventions involved in the system.

• Site Deployment

After all planning has been reviewed, the Lenel Project Manager will be on-site with the reseller to bring the system online and do immediate testing to ensure full functionality and optimal performance.

• Post-Production Support

Part of maintaining a system is learning how to further utilize available features and functionality to optimize performance. The Lenel Project Manager can be available to assist in working towards the unlimited potential of the system.
