Enhance the Lifecycle.

Today's customers demand and are willing to invest in a diverse portfolio of professional engineering services to enhance the deployment and lifecycle management of their system/technology investments. Additionally, these Professional Engineering Services options provide an enhancement tool for Lenel's Distributors and Value Added Resellers, so that a comprehensive whole product offering is available for the customer. Lenel is offering this type of service portfolio due to a shift in relationship expectations in the market in regards to large-scale projects. This shift stems from a dated concept of the "stove pipe" model, to a more focused methodology, the "mission centric" model depicted below. In the stove pipe model, accountability for results is simply passed off from end user to reseller, and then separately from reseller to manufacturer. However, in the mission centric model, accountability is established from all parties to a mission that is mutually defined. It is the mission centric model that is most suited to coincide engaging the Lenel Professional Engineering Services Team.

New Professional Services Workshop on NEC FT Servers/ExpressCluster

Dear OnGuard Value Added Resellers,

Based on the response to the recently announced Professional Services workshops, please find additional details below regarding these opportunities.
- This class will be held in a lab environment at Lenel headquarters. These workshops will be offered periodically throughout the year.

Attendance at the workshops will be on a first come first serve basis. The dates for the Workshop are January 13th - January 16th to be held in Rochester, NY. 

Workshop classes run daily, 8:30am-5:30pm.
